Malory listened to what features were important to me in a home and made sure the properties she showed me aligned with my wish list. My wish list changed a couple of times throughout the process and Malory was quick on her feet with finding new listings to meet my revised wish list. She even accommodated last minute changes to the schedule when it came to showing properties.

Ron took extra care to review all documents with me and to make sure I completely understood them before asking for a signature. He provides clear instruction about what the next steps are and when to expect those steps to occur. When I came up with questions along the way, he was always available to answer them.
