Working with Ron and Malory has been an excellent experience. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, look no further than Downriver Homes! Malory listened to what features were important to me in a home and made sure the properties she showed me aligned with my wish list. My wish list changed a couple of times throughout the process and Malory was quick on her feet with finding new listings to meet my revised wish list. She even accommodated last minute changes to the schedule when it came to showing properties. Ron took extra care to review all documents with me and to make sure I completely understood them before asking for a signature. He provides clear instruction about what the next steps are and when to expect those steps to occur. When I came up with questions along the way, he was always available to answer them. I appreciate what each of you have done for me to make this a pleasurable experience! You make a great team!

Malory and Ron were an absolute delight to work with! They both went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. Malory and Ron are an incredible team. From the start Mallory does an amazing job, getting to know you and what you're interested in. And then it's Off to the races, she works long hours. Showing you as many houses as she possibly can, getting to know exactly what you like in a house so she can find the right one for you, which is exactly what she did for me, then that's when Ron comes in. Explaining to you every step putting offers in, and making sure that you understand everything and every step, And has quick answers to any question you have which I had a lot because this is the first time for me. Right up to the last minute they are amazing. I would highly recommend them anyone that is looking for a home. I honestly don't think you could find a better team. Ron and Malory were so great to work with! They wasted no time in sending us listings and getting us showings so we could find our new home. I started looking for a home to see what was just out there and found Mallory and Ron on a local fb page that recommended them. I reached out and right away Mallory was open to asking me questions and showing me houses. Ron and Malory at Downriver Homes are the nicest, most ethical and professional realtors you will ever deal with. My company has closed dozens of transactions with Downriver homes and they have all gone to the closing table without any problems. When there are problems Ron and Malory are compassionate and understanding and will do whatever they can to help their clients. It always amazes me that their clients end up becoming their best friends.

In this market anyone could sell your house. It's the other stuff Ron and Mallory do that give them 5 stars. From walking me through the selling process, to working around my schedule to get things done, always being fast to answer the 100's of questions I had regardless of day or time, getting the house sold in 48hrs for 15k over asking. If you are selling a home in the downriver area do yourself a favor and call them.

First time house seller and Ronald made everything extremely easy. He was more than professional, he was personable. The house selling was done in a way to not inconvenience me in the least. I had considered going with another agency who had a whole team working on selling your house, but seemed more concerned with selling houses faster so they could pump out more sales. Ronalds approach not only took my situation and comfort into account, but he also picked up on my personality very quickly and worked around me. I don't think I would have got the same price with any other realtors. The whole time I was in complete control with no conflict what so ever. Ronald always made himself available. I can't write a good enough review for these guys. If you're selling in the downriver area and you don't use these guys you're missing out. Of course always shop around, but these guys don't blow hot air. They deliver on everything they promise.
